About us

1 in 5 adult women, 1 in 20 adult men and 1 in 6 children have experienced some sort of sexual violence. We want to help everybody in Wales who has suffered rape, sexual abuse or sexual violence, but unfortunately there just isn't enough funding to achieve this, so we need your help

With 30 years’ experience of delivering specialist therapeutic support to adults and children affected by the trauma of rape, sexual assault or sexual abuse we offer FREE crisisadvocacy, wellbeing and counselling services.  We are widely regarded throughout the UK as a leading organisation in our field and support over 10,000 people each year.

Beyond that, we use our experience and expertise to train and educate others on the wide-ranging impact of rape and sexual abuse, and use our voice to advocate for those who are often silenced by stigma.

Our dedicated team of over 150 staff and volunteers do everything that they can to ensure that our clients receive an excellent service that meets their needs; we feel that they deserve no less. For more information on our team click here.
